Something is missing
A page, a connection, or a title that isn't showing the way you expect.
A connection isn't drawn
A line needs both ends synced. If one of the two pages isn't shared with Graphify, there's nothing to connect to and no line appears.
Work through this:
- Are both pages shared with the integration? (••• → Connections in Notion)
- Is it a real link? Typing a page's title as plain text isn't one. Use
@,/link to page, or a database relation. - Is the link buried very deep in the page? Graphify follows nested blocks to a limited depth. Moving it higher up helps.
- Have you synced since making it?
A page is missing
| Cause | Fix |
|---|---|
| Not shared with the integration | ••• → Connections → Graphify |
| Deleted in Notion | Expected — the node goes at the next sync |
| A filter is hiding it | Check the status line, then reset your filters |
| It's in a hidden node group | Un-hide the group |
| Past the 100-page Free limit (web) | Pro removes the limit |
| The page is completely empty | Add a title and any block |
Pages vanished after a sync
They were deleted in Notion, or their connection was removed. That's working as intended: the graph follows your workspace.
Your Custom Graphs, node groups and share links are unaffected.
