About Graphify

What is Graphify?

It turns your Notion workspace into an interactive graph. Pages become nodes, the connections between them become links, and you get a map of how everything fits together.

Can Graphify change my Notion pages?

No. Graphify only ever reads. It can't create, edit, move or delete anything in Notion, and there's no setting that changes that.

What data does Graphify access?

Only the pages you explicitly share with it. For each one: the title, the properties needed to draw links and run filters, its parent database, and when it was last edited. Not the body of your pages.

How is this different from Obsidian or Logseq?

Those want your notes in their own files and their own editor. Graphify works directly with Notion — nothing to migrate, no second copy of your notes, no platform to switch to.

Do I need to install anything?

Not for the web app — it runs in the browser. Graphify Desktop is a separate app you install if you'd rather keep everything local.

Is there a free version?

Yes. The Free plan connects Notion and shows your graph, up to 100 pages. Pro removes the page limit and adds filters, node groups, publishing and automatic sync.

Can I share my graph with someone who doesn't use Notion?

Yes — a public link, or an embed on your own site. They can look around but not edit. Publish a graph.

Can I turn a share link off again?

Yes, at any time. Publishing again gives you a new link, and the old one stays dead.

How do I cancel?

Through the Stripe customer portal, reachable from inside Graphify. No email needed.

What happens to my graphs if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Pro features stop being available; your Custom Graphs and share links stay.

Is there a trial?

No. Graphify Desktop is a one-time purchase and doesn't run without a license key.

How many machines can I use it on?

As many seats as you bought licenses for. Everyone uses the same key, and only the buyer needs a getgraphify.com account.

Do my colleagues need an account?

No. Only the buyer needs one, and only to manage licenses.

Does it work offline?

Yes, after the first sync. It needs a connection to read from Notion, and once to activate.

Can Graphify see my content?

No. Everything stays in a file on your machine. There's no Graphify server holding your pages.

Is there a Linux build?

No. macOS and Windows.

Does a desktop license include Pro on the web?

No — they're separate products.

What happens if I delete a page in Notion?

Its node disappears at the next sync. Your Custom Graphs, node groups and share links are unaffected.

Why is a connection missing from my graph?

Both pages have to be shared with Graphify before a link between them can be drawn. Something is missing.

Why does a page show as “Untitled”?

Notion returns no title for a page with no content. Add any block and sync again.
