Nothing shows up
You're connected, the sync finished, and the canvas is empty.
Almost always the same cause: Notion hasn't been told to share anything with the integration. Connecting and sharing are two separate steps.
Fix it

Open your top-level page in Notion
The highest page in the area you want mapped.

Click ••• in the top right

Choose Connections, then Graphify
Subpages come along automatically. You don't have to repeat this for each one.

Sync again
On desktop, press sync or use ⇧⌘R / Shift+Ctrl+R.
“No pages shared yet”
This message means your token is valid and working. It's telling you Notion isn't sharing anything with it yet.
Re-entering the token won't change it. The fix is the steps above.
Other things that produce an empty canvas

| Pages, but only some of them | On the web's Free plan, only 100 pages sync | Pro removes the limit |
| Empty right after connecting | The first sync hasn't finished | Give it time. A large workspace takes a while |
