Your data

Graphify Desktop keeps everything on your machine. There's no Graphify account for your content, and no server that can see it.

What's stored, and where

Your synced content lives in a single local database file.

Your Notion token sits beside it, encrypted by the operating system.

What goes over the network

Three things, and nothing else:

1. Reading from the Notion API
2. Activating your license, once
3. Checking for updates

Your pages, titles and graph never leave the device.

Backups

Include that folder in your normal backups and your graphs and settings come back with it.

You don't strictly need to. Your content is a projection of Notion. Connect again on a new machine, sync, and the graph rebuilds. Custom Graphs and node groups are the part that only exists locally, so those are the reason to back up.

Clearing your data

Settings → Sync → Delete local data removes the synced content and keeps your connection, graphs, settings and license.

Settings → Help → Reset Graphify puts the app back to factory state, keeping only your license.

Uninstalling

Remove the app the way you normally remove apps. The data folder stays behind, delete it yourself if you want it gone.

Notion is unaffected

Deleting local data, resetting the app, or uninstalling it entirely changes nothing in your Notion workspace. Graphify has never had permission to write there.
