Add new Pages to the Graph
This section is about how to add new Pages (Nodes) to your Graph
Changes on Notion pages already connected to Graphify
Notion will notify Graphify about any changes to your pages (changing connections, creating new sub pages, changing the Title of the Page), and Graphify will automatically sync those changes to the graph. This can take anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes, depending on Notion’s response time. If you don’t see the changes after a few minutes, you can click on “Manual Refresh”.
Adding new pages to graphify
1
Step 1: In Notion, create a new page or select the page you want to connect
2
Step 2: Go to the top-right corner, click the '...' menu
3
Step 3: Under "Connections," select:
- Graphify
4
Step 4: Go back to Graphify and wait a couple of seconds to a minute for the automatic sync to complete
5
Step 5: Your page should now appear in the graph!
Tip: Do I Need to Repeat This for Every Page?:
Not always! If you're working with database entries or subpages inside an already connected parent page, they’ll be included automatically, no extra steps required.
- Database entries: Created in a linked database are synced without additional setup.
- Subpages: Inside a connected parent page are also added to the graph automatically.
